Baby First Foods

Baby First Foods - An Intro

Asher is almost one year old! I have written about transitioning baby to solids before, but perhaps a quick video might be helpful as well! Eating In Instead of Out

Eating In Instead of Out

Just wanted to encourage all the mamas out there to pack a healthy lunch to take along on outings! Just a little bit of planning goes a long way. Convenience foods aren't so "convenient" when you're paying for the damages for years to come, right?! Our super simple lunch today was: organic applesauce, grassfed gouda cheese, brown rice crackers, sourdough spelt organic PB&J, waters, and homemade "larabars." My friend Stacie Funk is enjoying a salad in a jar - made by our salad guru, Debbie Clifford Martin. Keep on training them up in all areas :)
