Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
5 lbs organic potatoes (washed and quartered)
1 cup pastured organic homemade bone broth
1 tsp Celtic salt
Method:
Add all ingredients to the Instapot. Cover with valve sealed. Use the manual setting on high for 10 minutes. Do a quick release. Add butter and mash before serving. Enjoy!
