Yield about 30 pancakes

Ingredients:
- 6 cups sourdough starter
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sprouted flour
Method:
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Mix wet ingredients separate from dry
- Combine ingredients, stir well
- Pour out 1/3 cup batter onto heated, oiled cast iron pan
- Brown both sides
